Washington Sustainable Growth Alliance Member Partnerships
The ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing and the Alliance jointly grant a special recognition to development proposals that make ten percent or more of their residential units affordable to households with incomes from 60% to 120% of Area Median Income (AMI) and demonstrate other innovations.
Since 2010, the Alliance and the Terwilliger Center have jointly awarded this special recognition to a number of development proposals in the region. See our Recognized Smart Growth Projects page for more information on these innovative development proposals. |
