Washington Smart Growth Alliance Member News
The Alliance is proud to announce the addition of our newest partner, the ULI Terwilliger Center for Workforce Housing.
We look forward to working with the Center to promote the production of "workforce housing" - housing that serves households with incomes from 60% to 120% of Area Median Income (AMI) throughout the region.
Our first joint effort is a new Workforce Housing Recognition category that is being offered as part of our Smart and Sustainable Growth Recognition Program.
The new recognition will be conferred on development proposals that adequately address the existing smart and sustainable growth criteria as well as the new workforce housing criteria.
